YES! I hope that this time you’ll open this newsletter, read it, and click on the links.
Because I wish to thank you again and again to all of you that had pledged and sponsored my fundraising campaign towards creating a new ambient music album. Your support will make will make the music happen, and the music will become both a space to dwell and a gentle aural companion when you are working and focusing on a project, or when practicing yoga, creating or daydreaming.
There is still few more hours to pledge and ex-press your support if you still didn’t.And, thank YOU to all who had pledged so graciously.
YES! We’d made the initial GOAL and we still have very few hours before the KICKSTARTER campaign ends at 2PM (PT) on June 3rd. It’s now when we hope for last minute extra-funds to pay for the campaign expenses, the cost of he rewards, and the videos and art work.
Manifesting the initial funding goal inspires me to share my vision of music in the wisdom-words of John Coltrane, the supreme jazz musician of the 20th century.
“When you begin to see the possibilities of music, you desire to do something really good for people, to help humanity free itself from its hang-ups. I think music can make the world better and, if I’m qualified, I want to do it. I’d like to point out to people the divine in a musical language that transcends words. I want to speak to their souls…I think the main thing a musician would like to do is give a picture to the listener of the many wonderful things he knows and senses in the universe. That’s what music is to me“.
I couldn’t ever found more clear words to express my devotional connection with music, because I feel the same way. Thank you, Marlee-I-Mystic, a recent graduate student at CIIS for reawaken us to the legacy of Coltrane and it’s vision of “cosmic music”.
Participate on the making of my new ambient music album! If each of you backs the project at any amount, the album will be made in a shorter and you will be part of the creative process..
